The legal fee is the subject of a free agreement, which in each case depends on the nature of the case to be dealt with, on the value of the case and the on the amount of work to be done. 

The amount of the remuneration shall be determined individually in each case after prior consultation, taking into account the above aspects, and shall be fixed in the contract of assignment.
